Chris/Nikki were both attentive during my visit. Chris’s welcome was friendly and inviting and asked if there was anything he could assist with which was great to see and I instantly felt welcome. As my son and I were deciding on a bed we were given plenty of time and wasn’t forced into buying anything. Another customer had Chris’s attention and so Nikki kindly approached us and made sure we were ok and helped make the transaction for Chris. I noticed the cleanliness of the team was of a high standard especially wiping down the card machine in between uses. One thing I did notice was the manager seemed slightly too relaxed when wearing his face mask (with his nose exposed from said mask, which defeats the object really, perhaps he hadn’t realised? but I feel it is something to be aware of), however everyone was very pleasant and I would recommend friends/family to purchase from this store.

Nichola greeted us as soon as we walked in the store. We had already taken a look on the website to what we were looklng for. Nichola showed us straight to the bed we were looking for and gave us a detailed run of information about the bed and was able to answer all of our questions. Just as we were finishing looking at the bed, Nichola then told us about the machine that found the right materess for us (we didnt even knew such a thing existed!). The machine selected a materess for us and Nichola showed us round the matresses of that type. We found a few that we liked but one stood out for us among the rest. Due to the speediness of service, great knowledge and understanding of our needs we were happy to place our order. We paid the deposit on our bed even though we knew there was a 7 week lead time on the product (it was just too perfect!). One of the concerns we had was if the bed would be discounted further after we had purchased the bed- Nichola was able to put our minds at ease by offering us a 28 day price match, which we also didnt know existed. Great service, couldnt have been any better, fast, efficient and very professional.Extremely satisfied in how you dealt with us.
