When we walked in we were greeted straight away. The assistant was very helpful, but gave us space to look. When we had questions the assistant was very knowledgeable.

All Social distancing rules where followed. PPE has to be worn which give a great peace of mind as it was a concern beforehand. I believe we were served by Richard, the branch manager - who couldn’t have helped any more. Explained everything to us in detail and overall customer service was amazing

Chris was very helpful, listened to what we were looking for, helped us find the right mattress, gave us some time on our own to try a few again to make sure we chose the right mattress.
