Chris was very helpful, listened to what we were looking for, helped us find the right mattress, gave us some time on our own to try a few again to make sure we chose the right mattress.

All Social distancing rules where followed. PPE has to be worn which give a great peace of mind as it was a concern beforehand. I believe we were served by Richard, the branch manager - who couldn’t have helped any more. Explained everything to us in detail and overall customer service was amazing

From the moment we walked into dream at York Clifton moor we felt very well looked after. Kirsten was amazing from the start all the way to the end. She listened to everything we had to say and helped us with everything we needed. She was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and made us feel important.
