As soon as we walked in the store Matt was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and very professional. When we returned the following day to purchase our bed he remembered everything we wanted and made the whole experience a joy.

Matt was very informative on the layout of the beds in reference to the type of mattress I was looking for. He took the time to explain the differences between the final two I’d narrowed it down to. Ordering in store was quick and easy, and delivery only a few days wait

The young lady who assisted us in our very difficult purchase, made our visit to Dreams a lot easier than we anticipated, she was extremely knowledgable, not pushy and spent the time we needed for this decision. I can not vouch for the product as we will be taking delivery next week but are looking forward to receiving our new mattress from Dreams

The staff listened to us and took into consideration our preferences and budget. We did not feel pressured at any time and our questions were responded with a good knowledge of the products. The fact that our mattress was made with recycled products was encouraging for us as we are aiming at reducing landfill waste. The two members of staff we dealt with were polite and attentive.

I was asked immediately if I needed assistance and after explaining my needs the assistant was able go show me all the options available and there differences, as the purchases were for my two Young grandchildren they were allowed to try all the options and were able to make their choices. It was easy to sort out payment and as we could take the items with us, another assistant helped my son take them out to the car. Everyone we dealt with were extremely helpful.

The store assistant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful without pressuring for a sale, let us shop at ease but was available when we required assistance, would definitely recommend our York branch dreams

Matt was very helpful in the store, he understood our budget and did not try to make us pay any more than what we could afford. He made us feel at ease from the moment we walked into the store and did not put any pressure on us. He explained what mattress would be best to suit our needs such as back pain

I visited the Clifton Moor store and a lovely lady called Nikki helped us found our dream bed. We needed to check sizing at home and Nikki called us back exactly when she said she would. Nikki even told us to wait for a black Friday Deal, I then ordered over the phone and found it very easy.
