Well laid out and spacious store. Friendly and professional staff member who explained the measures put in place re covid. Listened to type of mattress wanted and suggested where we look. No hard sell or trying to make us look at more expensive products.

Went into the store,I was looking around when the salesman called to me and asked if he could help. I told the gentleman what it was I was looking for, after explaining what exactly I wanted he showed me an item that satisfied my requirements. We went back to his desk, quoted me a price, looked up a delivery date, and the deal was done. I walked out ov the store highly satisfied.

The store is well set out,the mattress test was a very good experience and work to a t,the shop assistant where very good and helpfull,curtious,and will definitely recommend Dreams.

Was looked after by the sales assistant from the moment we entered the store, she was very friendly and very helpful and made the hole process of choosing and buying a new mattress very easy
