I visited the Clifton Moor store and was greeted warmly at the door by a friendly lady with a big smile (despite wearing a mask!). I Immediately felt at ease and very safe as the lady (I think her name was Kirsten) carefully explained the precautions taken over Covid. I was impressed with Kirsten's knowledge of the products in store and she made the whole buying process a pleasure. After using the Sleepmatch service ,I was shown several mattresses and some pillows too. Nothing was too much trouble and after Kirsten answered all my questions i was confident I had made a good choice. It was nice to be offered a bottle of water it feels like Dreams is a company that goes the extra mile. I wouldn't hesitate to visit Dreams for my next purchase or recommend them to family and friends.

Very friendly staff as soon as we walked in, just left us to look around which was lovely, and when we needed help with what mattress we needed, the lady was very nice helped us work out which one was the best for us, showed us various ones and left us to to try them out, but she was always at hand when we needed her
