Brilliant staff, Kristen at the york store couldn't do enough.....always wanted me to be totally satisfied

We were not expecting to purchase a mattress as quickly as we did in the Clifton moor York store, Nikki looked after us with her knowledge and experience which made our decision so much more easy it was a pleasure to meet her and we are confident that our night’s sleeping will be vastly improved.

Very satisfied good knowledge by Chris who served me and took so much time to sort out my preferance for a good mattress I lived the bed/machine that tested my needs then printed out which mattress would suit best thank you I've told everybody how satisfied I am thank you

The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and allowed me to make my own choices within my budget without trying to push me into something I could not afford. He understood my requirements and was mindful of them when showing me different options. It felt very personal and specific which I like because it actually felt like he was trying to sell me a product that would make me happy.

Order was fast and effecient Was in and out.within half hour and found exactly what i was looking for
