Greeted as we entered, young man asked if we required help and continued to recommend the mattress testing equipment to establish our preference and options. Once completed he then showed us mattresses which fit our profile, helping us decide on one which suited. Then took us through purchasing/ interest free credit and subsequently delivery options. Most helpful.

The store assistant was on his own all day in store due to staff shotages and working very hard to try to help several different customers at the same time. He was friendly, professional, courteous, knowledgable and very helpful at all times - a total credit to Dreams. We went in twice that day before we placed our order and Christopher in your Clifton Moor, York store was first class both times. Polite and helpful, answering all our questions without being overly pushy. He was clearly under pressure being there on his own whilst trying to help customers and provide Covid19 reassurance all at the same time. Well done Christopher and thank you.

The customer service was second to none, was informative and there was no pressure to buy. The young lady who served us could not have been more helpful and charming. A great asset to the company. We were kindly offered bottles of water by another colleague, the first time we’ve ever experienced this in a british store. Thanks. My husband and myself both commented on what a pleasant experience choosing a mattress at Dreams had been. Would highly recommend.
