The store was very clean and hand sanitiser was at the entrance. The assistant was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and answered all our questions and advised us as to which mattress would suit our needs

The young lady Niki was fantastic , very friendly and I was totally satisfied with all the help she gave me in the Clifton moor store.

The staff were highly attentive and very helpful from the moment I walked into the store starting with the hygiene and safe distancing to to the experience of explaing the different mattresses and what support I personally needed I felt I wasn't rushed into deciding my options and that I was assisted very well I have no complaints what's so ever a great experience.
