I was met and greeted by Chris. He was extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He went through a whole range of options and gave me suggestions including trying out the SleepMatch bed. I was very indecisive but he was very patient and helpful throughout my initial visit. By the end of this first visit we drew up a "shortlist" for me to go away with before making a decision. I didn't return for over a week but Chris immediately remembered me and despite me losing my paperwork he accurately remembered the mattresses that where on my shortlist. On this second visit, which was less than an hour before the shop was due to close, Chris was equally attentive and friendly and good humoured. He respectfully apologised and explained when he had to attend to other customers (this was not a problem in the slightest). I finally decided on my mattress and divan option and Chris was helpful in making sure that these were in stock and available for the delivery date that I required. All in all, I couldn't have wished for a better person to guide me through the whole process. Chris is indeed a valuable asset to Dreams. And his advice and assistance was greatly appreciated.

We were warmly met by a lady called Kirsten. She told us about the computerised bedding system which scans the body and advises of the best mattress. We had a coffee and plenty of time to ask questions and try different mattresses. She was exceptional, not pushy like some sales assistants can be just very knowledgeable and helpful.

We tried the sleep system to find which mattress would suit us best and were shown around the store and products with a cup of coffee. Nothing too much trouble and we came away with pillows, a mattress and bedframe.

Extremely pleasant staff,who listened to my needs,who were very mindful of the fact I have limited mobility,put me at my ease despite our transaction being interrupted by an awkward customer,they (Julie and manager from Warrington branch John) dealt with the situation admirably , they made the whole shopping experience very smooth for me,which is a great plus in my book. Best of all besides the price, was a really enjoyable well made cup of tea .Cannot fault Dreams in anyway . Thankyou

As I received professional and friendly service with a previous visit and purchase at Dreams, I returned to the same branch and was pleased to be served by the same staff member as before. I was helped immediately on entering the store and was assisted with buying my new bed. Happy friendly staff and very professional and keen to please customers.
