Matt at Clifton Moor Dreams branch proved to be. Dry knowledgeable, very patient and keen to help us in any way possible. We were shown many mattresses that could possibly meet our requirements and even did the machine assessment.

This was my second time coming to the york store. The first time I bought a bed and mattress for my own bedroom. The service was so great and the quality as well so I decided to return to purchase a mattress for my guest bedroom. The woman who helped listened to what I wanted and my budget and she was able to suggest three options for me.

We went know that we wanted a Sleep Match scan and caught Nikki's eye as we walked in. She was smiling from the outset and very approachable. She was very happy to help us have the scan and very patient as we tried all the different mattresses and then deciding on the first one we tried. She offered us a drink too which I really was not expecting. She knew when to leave us to deliberate and was not pushy in any way.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, we made the mistake of testing a tempura mattress first and felt compelled to buy one. The sales person was able to tell us details of the different options and models including a back story of the manufacturer.

Excellent shop assistance

I phoned in advance and the lady was super helpful in letting me know what was available to take away on the day - my daughter was in desperate need of a new mattress. The gentleman who helped me process the order and carry the items to my car was very pleasant as was another staff member who joined in our conversation. A good experience
