Helpful staff.

From entering the store we were welcomed and offered the availability of a staff member but also the freedom to look around ourselves. Nicola was very friendly and knowledgable. She took the time to work out what would work best for us and showed a selection for us to chose from. When dealing with the payment she spoke at our speed and ensured it was an easy transaction

Matthew was very thorough and understood our needs very well. We never disclosed and budget we had in mind however he offered us a range of products thet suited our wants and needs at a very affordable price. Not pushing for a big money order but customer service was paramount.

Friendliness of staff especially a lady called Nikki ,very knowledgeable and did not feel pressured. Had a coffee whilst browsing and choosing product. Had the sleep master to assist with level of support for the mattress. Overall a relaxing experience.

Matt took the time to talk to us and understand what we needed. We tried many different beds & had a lot of discussion about each element including the mattress, bed base and head board. Matt was very knowledgeable and didn't push for a sale. The store was clean and tidy and the information and prices were clearly visible.

Chris was beyond helpful. We bought a pillow a few months ago and his device was excellent that’s why we went back for the sofa bed . A year ago my uncle bought a new bed and again the same chap was brilliant !

Very experienced assistant who had a good knowledge of the mattresses and listened to our requirements and applied her knowledge to assist us in choosing a mattress

We were given really useful information to help us make the right decision for our needs. The assistant was clear and gave truthful advice. He did not seem to be overly pushy or try to make us by something we did not need.
