We've had been researching TV beds for some time and came across the one we purchased via your website. This option was very competitive in price because it had 40% off the original listing price and also met the needs want we was looking for. We then went into store for a visual and to test measurement etc.

Sales staff understood our requiremetns and short listed the matresses that we would be interested in then paitiently supported our long decision on the right matress for us :-)

Really helpful, completely fuss free right down to the delivery drivers. Last year I had the worst ever experience with bensons for beds, so I was dreading the whole process. It was nothing like the experience I had with bensons and I need not have worried at all. I got the bed I ordered , all complete, on the right day with experienced polite delivery drivers.

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by Tarsha, she asked if she could help. I said I was looking for a new mattress. She asked what kind of mattress was I looking for eg medium or firm. She then showed me the mattresses that fitted my needs. She offered me a cup of tea and biscuits. Overall quick, friendly visit.
