Have just moved house to this area-York and needed a new bed.Have used Dreams before in Leicester so knew we should find something suitable.....and luckily we did ,which was mostly down to expertise,product knowledge and first class customer service from Matthew. It was a pleasure to do business with someone who knew his job, was interested in his job and was very good at his job.Believe you me that is not something you come across everyday. As soon as we walked into the york store we were made to feel very welcome the lady who helped us wish I could remember her name was very very good we even got offered a tea or coffee which I thought was a very nice gesture

Fantastic salesman who could see our confusion. We were looking for hybrid mattresses and the lovely salesmen explained we were looking for the red sash mattresses. He then kindly explained about the ex demo models and listened to our needs. He was knowledgeable and reassuring.
