i was not pounced on as i walked through the door! the staff let me browse at first then asked if i wanted any help. Matt immediately put me at ease he appeared knowledgeable and listened to me. he was not pushy or forcing the expensive mattresses. he took time and didn't appear pressured. when i said i wanted to go and think and bring a family member to view he was fine his attitude didn't change. when i went back 2 days later he remembered me and was again spot on. we chose the mattresses we wanted and transaction was sorted quickly.

Matt served us and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had served us previously for a larger purchase and he served us again this time and recognised us straight away. He asked how he could help and we were after a mattress for a double bed. We got what we wanted for a very reasonable price with pillows in with the deal. Excellent service from a very knowledgeable employee.

Matt was very professional and knowledgable. He showed me a variety of products from different price ranges ..giving me advice on all but no pressure.

Kirsten was extremely helpful without being pushy. She asked appropriate questions to find out our requirements, offered the mattress selection service then showed us suitable mattresses. She then left us to look at the various beds available & once we had made a choice, made two lovely cups of tea which we enjoyed while our order was processed. A choice of delivery dates was offered to fit in with our busy lifestyle! We came away feeling very happy with our purchase & the service received. Will definitely visit again when we need another bed.
