Staff very helpful

Staff very friendly, was expecting a very stressful bed hunting experience but was made super easy by lovely staff!

We came in as the last customers on Boxing Day and we're treated like we were the first. Fantastic service from all the staff who were very helpful in finding us something when our original choice had been discontinued. We left smiling very happy with the payment arrangements we had made. Particular thanks to Kirsten and Paul for their help.

Very knowledgeable staff and helpful but not pushy. We were given plenty of time to try out and discuss each product without being rushed.

We had 2 visits to dreams before making our purchase and both times Matt was a great host and salesman making us feel welcome but not feeling like he was on the hard sell. Making us cups of tea and allowing us to take our time to browse the products. We could of had the same offer on your website when we purchased but returned to store as we knew Matt would look after us. On our return we were greeted by another member of staff who let Matt know we were there, all the staff were courteous and attentive and seemed to be happy despite it being boxing day and rather busy. I would happily recommend the store to anyone.

Kristen who explained the beds too us was very knowledgeable and very patient with us understanding that our requirements were very important too us

Dear Sir / Madam. We visited your Clifton Moor store yesterday and bought our 'Dream' bed and mattress. Our intention was to try and then buy on line for the best possible price.  We were served by Paul. Our intentions changed once Paul got involved....we bought on the day.... My wife suffers chronic back pain. Paul's help was invaluable. He gave us the best advice. Explained everything in detail. 40 day return policy. Comfort factors. Specification. Etc etc. (Hand made in Flaxby) which we googled. Everything true and honest.  The reason for this correspondence is for you to perhaps personally pass on our thanks, gratitude and appreciation to Paul for his customer service. He deserves a big pat on the back for the way he dealt with us and how he assisted us throughout. Following this experience I will recommend Dreams to all and sundry. The store assistant who dealt with me was professional and courteous. The sale and order process was dealt with very efficiently. Sadly I can't recall her name, but I visited the York, Clifton Moor branch on Boxing day. The service received was excellent.
