The range of beds on offer and the work college that assisted me was so helpful

I bought a bed & mattress from Matt in the York Clifton Moor store last year and was so impressed with the bed and also the service Matt gave I returned again in December to buy another bed & mattress and Matt yet again helped me with everything and I cannot fault his service, Thank you

We originally popped into the store before Christmas to view beds ready for redecorating my sons bedroom. We were offered assistance but felt no pressure at all with regards sales - just a genuine offer of help. We did look round a few other stores as well - but came back as we preferred both Dreams products and staff! When we came in to order we spoke to Matt who was very friendly and helpful. Took time to discuss what we needed and pointed us in the right direction with useful information, but again, we didn't feel at all pressured. We were then passed over to the store manager to place the order (Paul - I think?) who again was very friendly and had our order placed and sorted in no time. A very easy and pleasant experience from start to finish.

Matt, the assistant who served us, managed his timing perfectly. We had plenty of time to explore the different mattresses prior to him giving us advice based on our requirements and afterwards. He was very knowledgeable and assisted us in making our decision. The buying and ordering process was completed efficiently and quickly. We rate him very highly. Also, he had a friendly and welcoming manner and this made the whole process a pleasure for my husband and I.

When we arrived we were greeted by Frances who gave us basic advice about how to proceed. She returned from time to time to check that we were managing ok. In our conversation she would offer us advice and then leave us to explore further. We appreciated this. In the end we went with the advice she gave us. In the light of our conversation she asked about memory pillows and went to get one for my wife to try. I explained I had an older version bought on a previous visit and when I said I was happy with it she dropped the matter which we appreciated. We found Frances to be friendly, supportive andf knowledgeable (even though she has only been there a week). When it came to placing the order Frances asked her boss to check what she was doing to ensure she got it right, which also reassured us. We were very pleased with her help.

I had bought a mattress one year previously for my son. The store assistant was able to recommend a very similar mattress which was within the current sale.

The experience was easy, straightforward and (from your staff) very efficient. Both my wife and I were pleasantly surprised, as most stores aren't quite like this.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and not pressurised to make a decision.
