In and out really quick which as I had 4 grandchildren with me was good. Advisor good and knowledgeable

We felt we were properly looked after by Matt in the York Clifton Moor store. He took time to help us find the right mattress & frame, without pressurising us or making us feel obliged to spend more money & showed us a range of products available. After showing us what was available & making some recommendations he let us have a good long look ourselves without hanging over us. We felt we could properly try the mattresses to ensure we chose the correct one. We were also pleased with the ease with which the order took place. The delivery time isn’t too long either. Overall a very positive experience.

Chris was informative, listened to what I was after didn’t push a sale on me and helped entertain my son whilst out shopping.

First of all we were immediately met with a smile and courteous enquiry by Matthew as to our needs and an offer of help. Our individual and combined requirements were discussed and then we were allowed as much time as was necessary as well as being afforded expert knowledge of the products in which we were interested. As the product we needed was a new mattress, we were taken to the wonderful machine that helps to decide exactly what type of mattress would suit us both, and then shown examples at different prices which was exactly what we wanted. Our purchase was made with ease and the delivery slot arranged to suit us perfectly. We would certainly be happy to recommend the Dreams Clifton Moor store to anyone needing any of their products and will certainly return ourselves in the future.

Matt the sales guy was fantastic, he was open about how there was only 1 mattress in your stock suitable for me and he reserved for a day to give me chance to look at other stores,I thought this was exceptional service.I came back and bought the item from Matt even though I had found one at Argos cheaper simply because of his open and honest approach.

The bed which reads your body is brilliant to stop you wasting time trying mattresses which are not suitable. The lady in the shop was very friendly and helpful and I’m looking so forward to receiving my new bed :) would definitely recommend
