Staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable, gave me time to look around before they approached me, didn't jump on you as soon as you walked in.

Really helpful and knowledgable staff, Matt was great at imparting the necessary information so we would understand and knew what we were trying. He knew which mattresses me and my partner would prefer when we explained what we thought of the one we were on. Gave us the opportunity to try lots of beds at our leisure without looming over us constantly. Always appeared when we had any questions and was very friendly.

Matt was very informative when we were trying out the mattresses without being too pushy for a sale. I was confident that we wouldn't buy the same product elsewhere for less money or a better service.

Matthew. was very professional and outstanding in the knowledge of beds and what I and my wife were looking for..we felt at ease with him straight way and his humour and charm certainly a credit to the company as we then spent around £2000.
