Dreams - York

I had looked online for my purchase from Dreams and happened to pass a store so decided to go in to look at products before placing my order. This resulted in a better service and great advice received

The girl Rachel at YOrk could not have been kinder or more helpful She made sure I was comfortable having the mattress test Showing me the recommended mattress I went back into store 3 times to double check she was lovely each time and never showed irritation at my dithering

We were under no pressure to buy we were consulted with regards to our requirements and were advised to try them in the store, and the order was placed with the delivery date of our choice

Rachel (York, Clifton Moor store), who served us was very attentive, immediately approaching us as we walked into the store to help us with our requirements. She had excellent knowledge on all the mattresses, and walked us round trying out each one to find our perfect mattress. Her recommendations were fantastic, and also her knowledge to provide us with a mattress on offer which was too good to pass up on! Cant thank her enough! Great service, great price - we've bought two mattresses from you in 2 years, this one is for our second bedroom - we'll be back to buy another in the future I'm sure! Thanks again.

Greeted at the start of our experience by a colleague and were left to browse as we requested. We ask for recommendations and the right questions were asked by the colleague on our requirements. Good product knowledge demonstrated matching our needs and budget.

Excellent customer service, very helpful and informative

Sales assistant who helped us knew exactly what we were after and helped us find exactly what we needed without being “pushy” very friendly, down to earth guy! I think his name was Matt? At the York store! Great guy and will definitely be recommending to friends and family!
