MATT THE CUSTOMER ADVISOR WAS FANTASTIC, VERY FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL & VERY EASY TO TALK TO. MATT WAS THE MAIN REASON WE PURCHASED THE PRODUCT HERE IN THIS STORE AS I SAY HE WENT ABOVE & BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS.WE LIVE OVER 80 MILES AWAY FROM THIS STORE & WERE OUT LOOKING AROUND HOWEVER I DIDN'T EXPECT TO PURCHASE THE ORDER THAT DAY BUT DUE TO MATT, I THOUGHT IT WAS RIGHT. I WOULD LIKE THIS COMMENT PASTED ON TO HIS AREA MANAGER & MATT SHOULD BE PRAISED FOR HIS WORK.

Staff were friendly and courteous, the talked us through different beds and found a suitable bed for our requirements. We were explained the differences and what we should be looking for. Kirsten was extremely knowledgeable in the products and we were able to find the right bed for us.

The assistant was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant.

We had thought long and hard about buying a new mattress but had put off the visit to buy because we didn't really know what we were looking for. Matt was really helpful, we didn't feel rushed and although we have yet to take delivery I am sure our new mattress will live up to expectations.

Originally went in store and the assistant was very friendly even offered a cup of tea! Very chatty, good advice too

The sales assistant (Matt) was excellent - friendly, knowledgeable and gave us as much time as we needed. The shop layout and colour coding worked well too.

Kirsten was great very knowledgeable and not pushy. We visited on the Saturday and went back Sunday to buy. It was the best service out of all the places we visited.

It was our 1st visit to Dreams and received excellent service. Staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. We'll be returning to buy another bed next month.

On arrival Matt asked if we needed any assistance. I explained that I was looking to purchase a new mattress. Matt explained about the colour co-ordinated system to find what we wanted. He offered us a drink, then left us to look around by ourselves and try out a few of the mattresses. The 2 members of staff we spoke to were very pleasant to talk to, helpful and new about the products they were selling. I have in the past been a retail manager and they were some of the best sales staff I have come across, helpful, but not pushy.
