Staff were knowledgable, attentive but not 'in your face' and left you alone while uou were trying an retrying the different options. The staff were also pleasant and aswered all our questions with a smile. We were also offered a warm drink, which we declined, but this helped us feel we could spend as long as we wanted in the store without someone 'standing over us'. Today was a good shopping experience.

The Salesman asked all the right questions, explained the differences between mattresses showing how Dreams colour code mattresses, gave us time to try out different sleeping positions on different mattresses and then went throught the Terms & Conditions. Also,we were offered coffee and biscuits while we were buying the products which made it a very friendly atmosphere. The Salesman didnot rush us throughout the buying process.

Helpful but not pushy staff, good knowledge of store and products available. Staff available to answer questions and attentive looking out for you when you needed help but also knew when to leave you to have a think!

We had been mattress shopping for a couple of weeks. Had never considered using Dreams as not had any dealings with them. WOW how wrong were we. We initially went in your Clifton Moor branch the day before we purchased, and were met warmly by Matt. He took the time to explain the different mattresses and the different manufacturers. He then left us alone. We were so impressed with his knowledge and friendliness with no hard selling. What a relief. Still being a doubting Thomas we went out and into the other stores on that park comparing prices and quality. NOT ONE of the others can anywhere near the standard of services and quality of goods as Dreams Clifton Moor did. We returned to the Clifton Moor store the following evening, where we were met by Curtis as Matt was off that day. Again we were so impressed at the high levels of knowledge friendliness and quality of products. We immediately bought the mattress both guys recommended. Coffee biscuits and good company. What a set of guys. Thank you Matt and Curtis. Will definitely be back soon.

First visited evening time spoke with Matt what a helpful knowledgeable customer focused salesman. Did not feel pressured at all. Decided to look round other stores to compare prices. Didnt feel we where valued at other stores so returned to see Matt only to find he wasn't in so we spoke with Curtis thinking he would be different than Matt. But.
