he assistant Matt was understanding of my needs due to my back problem,he asked me relevant questions about what i wanted and preferred in a mattress. he was never pushy and let me make my own mind up as to which mattress i liked,and even threw in a free pillow ,all in all great customer service

We had had a very busy day getting various things for our new house and a bed was our final stop. We walked into Dreams wanting a quick and easy solution finding the mattress and frame that we wanted. Matt came and helped us out immediately, asking us what we wanted in a bed and then coaching us through and finding the bed that we described to him. We very quickly found the mattress and then the frame - getting a bed that had over £600 total reduction and looked better than what we had hoped for! Matt was brilliant, he was extremely friendly, honest and accommodating. Excellent service.

Matt was really amazing and took the time to really help us choose the right product. He made the experience easy for us by keeping our 2 year old twins entertained whilst we looked at the products properly. Matt was really friendly, helpful and we would definately highly recommend dreams.

The young man that served me was pleasant, respectful, easy to get on with and he listened to what my individual needs were, then recommended items that were suitable. He discussed what rhins could be suitable to go with what I bought and that the company also supplied and he made the overall experience stress free. :-)

We walked into the store, we explained to Matt what we were looking for. He gave us all the options, plus measuring the depth of the mattresses. He made sure that we tried all the options and we were happy with the choices. We were offered tea and coffee but declined. A speedy process , and a very nice competent young man. I would say an asset to Dreams.

It was the first time we had been to a Dreams store. There was an excellent choice of beds, to choose from. We had an idea what we were after, and the salesman gave us some great advice. He was very helpful, informative, pleasant without been pushy. A good overall experience.
