We had been looking for a particular type of need for a long while with little success. We walked into the store and there was the exact thing we were wanting. Staff were friendly and helpful and the process was very easy.

Curtis and the Manager gave exemplary service. They have great product knowledge and nothing is too much trouble. They helped us when we needed help and gave us space when we needed it to ponder over and make decisions regarding our business. We have bought several beds from Dreams over the last few years and are very pleased with the quality and service. We highly recommend you to others. Thank you for everything.

Mathew was very good, we are not easily pleased , he was knowledgable and explained the good and the not so good on the beds. My husband and I required different hardness, pillows etc. He was very patient and jolly. It was a very enjoyable experience of spending our money. Coffee too

Went to dreams 3 times overall to purchase a bed for my daughter. The staff were polite and friendly and very knowledgable. They gave advice on what they thought we should go for mattress wise and told us that we had a 40 day swap policy if the mattress was unsuitable. Would definitely shop there again.

Good customer service I had my 3 year old grandaughter with us they had great conversation with her and offered her juice when she said she was thirsty not many shops do this made shopping easy
