Mine was a return visit as on the previous occasion of purchasing through Dreams my experience was very good and so it was this time. The member of staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The product suited my needs exactly.

Matthew sold us a lot more items than we went into the store for,but we are happy he did,good salesman.

Member of staff very helpful didn't pester but left us to try the beds out but helped with questions and gave product info when we asked. Overall a great shopping experience with no pressure

Very helpful staff, we came late in the evening after finishing work to purchase one bed, and the sales person was more than willing and happy to stay after closing time processing the finance documents and placing the order for the bed we were so pleased with the service we came back the next day to purchase another bed from the same store, we were very lucky to get Curtis the same sales guy we dealt with the previous evening and got the same very helpful and friendly service.

Friendly and helpful staff, not pushy but knowledgeable and able to direct us to the type of mattress we wanted quickly. Delivery team were very good, arrived when they said and wore shoe covers. They quickly & efficiently unwrapped the mattress and put it onto the frame and removed the packaging and old mattress.

WENT TO BUY A MATTRESS AT CLIFTON MOOR STORE YORK. MATT WAS VERY HELPFUL AND NOT PUSHY. HE EXPLAINED THE COLOUR RATINGS AND TOLD ME TO TAKE MY TIME TRYING THE BEDS THAT SUITED MY NEEDS. I CHOSE THE ONE I LIKED AND MATT WENT ON TO DO THE ORDER WHICH WAS QUICK AND EASY. OVERALL I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. AND I WAS OFFERED TEA/COFFEE .

As soon as we walked into the shop we were warmly greeted by 3 staff members at the front of the store. I asked if there were any mattresses available to take home in the car that day and Matt straightaway told us about the roll up ones. We went and tried them out, Matt was great and told us the differences between them, asked what we prefer to sleep on, etc. We didn't feel rushed at all and there was no pressure to buy the most expensive one, he genuinely wanted us to get the mattress that suited us. We went with a memory foam roll up mattress with no springs as that was our favourite. I was pleasantly surprised with the price as well which is always a bonus. When we paid Matt let us know about the 40 night exchange which is fantastic, and also the 8 year guarantee. Again there was no pressure to buy it if we didn't want to, but as a mattress protector was something we would probably have bought anyway (we have pets) we thought it was a good deal and went for it. We didn't spend a lot of money but were treated as valued customers, experienced excellent customer service and if we are ever buying a new bed in the future we will definitely come back to dreams.
