Kirsten was very knowledgeable about types of mattress and bed sizes available and listened to our needs. They also then gave us time by our selves to wander and look.

we were looking for a new mattress and possibly a new base. The store assistant (Matt) was very attentive and very knowledgeable about all the products he showed us. He spent a lot of time with us while we tried and retried a number of mattresses. We decided to buy both a mattress and base and Matt fully explained the order and delivery details with us. We felt unhurried and feel we have chosen the correct mattress for our needs. Even the cup of coffee we were given was very nice. Thank you.

The assistant was attentive and helpful and understood what we were looking for. There was not a lot of choice but better than other shops we visited. The quality seemed to be good and not overpriced. The delivery date was very prompt and the facility of having free delivery and the new beds erected and old ones removed was what we wanted.

The salesperson explained the colour coding for mattresses which made selection of the right product easy and recommended the tempur pillow to ease neck problems

The assistant (Curtis) was extremely helpful but not pushy. He allowed us plenty time and space and that is what we really liked. He made us a coffee and was knowledgeable and explained things well. We did not place the order on the day but he did us a quote. We wanted to come home for a last measure up and a think. When I rang back to place the order he remembered us and once again was helpful and courteous. He is a credit to your Company.
