The assistance given was more than we had anticipated. We were shown quite a few products rangeing in price but purchased the one that was most suitable for my wifes disability. We are quite satisfied with our purchase.

Needed a new Matress,we were not sure what type to get,we had only been used to having a spring interior mattress prior to visiting your Clifton Moor store. Curtis was very helpful explaining all the different types of mattress,tried quite a few,decided on the Tempur,,hope we picked right?

The staff were very knowledgeable & explained all the different types of mattresses to us.

The sales assistant was very helpful and friendly without being "pushy". The option of being able to change the items purchased if we are not happy is comforting.

Customer service was brilliant!! I was served by a young man called Matt, his approach was very friendly whilst remaining totally professional, he had a great deal of knowledge about the products on offer. He spent time listening to my needs ( and I am fussy) and found me the exact mattress to suit my requirements . He took his time in explaining the purchase, the delivery, the recycling service. I was totally impressed by the quality of staff in this store, it was an absolute delight to be served by someone who took the time and trouble to listen to his customers needs. Excellent service.

Our visit was efficiently handled, our questions and quiries answered, we were allowed to try theproducts we were interested in and treated to a cup of tea Thank you for the good service

The salesman Matt, was first class, and the rest of the team friendly and jovial. Nothing was too much trouble. They provided all the options and we were satisfied with our purchase. It went like a dream!

We were greeted on our arrival and offered tea/coffee. We did not feel pressurised but were guided to the types of bbeds we had in mind. We were the shown others for comparison and were pleased with the one selected. The salesman, Matt, was very helpful and polite at all times. We wanted the bed to be delivered to our daughter's address in a different city and this proved to be no problem. Hopefully the delivery will proceed smoothly. Thank you very much.
