The attention and service were great and we were not hassled. We were offered help if we wanted and when we wanted so we could look round in peace and quiet and then ask questions to finalise our decisions.

I had just walked out of Bensons for Beds after spending 15 minutes unsuccessfully trying to find a member of staff to serve me. I walked straight into Dreams and immediately 3 staff we available. I was served efficiently, offered a drink whilst I browsed, and a member of staff carried my product to my car whilst I dealt with my children. Such an easy visit.

First proper bed bought for some years and the sales assistant was very helpful telling us about all the mattress firmnesses available. She let us try all the beds and brought different pillows for us too try. She gave us a quote and let us go away to talk and put us under no pressure to buy. We did return.

We were very impressed with the amount of choice in the store. The staff were quick to help but not in the least bit pushy. Everything the store was well displayed and clearly labelled. We expected to spend ages choosing a new mattress but the whole process was quite enjoyable and we found the perfect mattress in a short time, the salesman was very friendly,knowledgable and informative which helped us to make a decision.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable without being pushy. Left us alone to ponder over various mattresses, but came back to check on things.

Sales person was very friendly and listened to what we required and gave us suggestions. The assistant then quickly searched for a quick delivery time for us.
