It had a lot to do with the way we were treated in the store by staff, they were extremely friendly, very helpful and not pushy. There was a great feel of almost being friends rather than customers, as we spent a lot of time laughing as well, but still mutual respect and professionalism.

Matt was very knowledgeable about the product, helpful and courteous. We didn't feel pressurised or rushed a good shopping experience. Thank you

The service and the assistance where both very very good didn't feel any pressure to buy and all was explained to us in a clear manner All in all a great service thank you very much

The sales assistant was very helpful and patient and helped us choose the right product for us. He was not too pushy and we felt comfortable that we were making our own decision.

STAFF WERE VERY POLITE, KNOWLEDGABLE AND NOT PUSHY. THEY WERE ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS AND SPENT TIME EXPLAINING THE DIFFERENT PRODUCTS.

Prompt service the assistant was excellent and guided us through everything quickly and smootly.

When we aarived at the store we was created my Matt he was very polite. We was given chance to look around on our own and asked any questions we needed. When we had chosen the bed and furniture we wanted. He showed us around the bed. Talked about what size bed we wanted and then asked about the mattress. I said I had a bad back so the mattress was mainly to suit my back. He showed us lots of different mattresses we layed on quite a few and talked about the comfort and which was best for us. We ended up getting a mattress out of the clearance which was very comfortable and we are very happy with. We then spoke about finance and was talked through how many months we want to spread the cost over and which suited out budget the most. We was also offered a drink and my daughter a fruit shoot on our visit which I thought fantastic the cater for all and was also a table of colours and paper which entertained out daughter. Had a Exellent trip to this store. This is the 2nd time I have got a bed from dreams
