The assistant was very knowledgeable, listened to my beeds and budget requirement and pointed me in the right direction. I subsequently purchased the items shown to me.

The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable about the beds. We were given time to choose and not rushed. The whole experience was good, including the coffee.

Matt was fantastic! he was very knowledgable about the products and helped us pin point the perfect bed for us. He even entertained our little boy while we were testing mattresses! We spent a while in store so were given plenty of coffee and allowed time on our own to make a decision. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt like we left with a great product at great value.

The sales team were very helpful. Matt who dealt with our queries and sale was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We only went in to look and came out with a king size frame, mattress and blanket box! Matt was very helpful in getting items that were of good quality but within our price range. Excellent customer service.

The colour coding was very easy to understand, the member of staff that served us was not pushy but very helpful with lots of suggestions. There was not a lot of matreeses which made it easier to choose. It was near closing time but we did not feel pressured to hurry up, overall a very easy purchase.

We do not do shopping when the sales staff are pushy or in your face. Fortunately we were met by a gentleman named Matt who listened and sorted out requirements. Olso to his credit he possessed a sense of humour.anyone who can cope with my husband's offhand strange humour tendancy can't be all bad. Still he was able to smile when we left. Finally we had great cup of Yorkshire tea. Good trading.
