As soon as we entered the store we were greeted warmly and offered a drink whilst we browsed, the lay out of the store and how it all worked was fully explained to us and the woman that served us was so friendly and helpful- when it came to paying at the end it was done very quickly and easily with no hassle at all! Great service, very pleased!

Very efficient, knowledgeable and polite staff. we visited the store to look about and the staff were very pleasant and offered tea/coffee. Matt listened to what we wanted and showed us a number of options that he thought fitted the bill. We made the decision to buy on the service although we only originally went in to the store to browse.

First time matress/bed buyer with no idea of what we were looking for. The assistance and knowledge we were offered was just incredible and so much better than other stores we had visited before visiting dreams. We visited the store twice in one week and both times were served by a lovely man named Matt. He is the reason we returned to the store to purchase the bed and matress. Couldnt have been more friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Served by Curtis who greeted us as we entered the store. Gave us a brief explanation of the different colour system and let us have a wonder. When asked about the best mattress he talked through them explaining the different mattress. He then again let us have a little try and gave us time to try things out. We then asked a bit more information which he answered with plenty of knowlege. Once we decided he was quick at processing the order, helped show us where the pillows and duvets were. Other members of staff were also very friendly and helpful offering us drinks. The process of buying was quick and easy. Curtis was very helpful, friendly and professional. Overall great experience from Curtis and other staff at this store, would definitely recommend this store and will be back in the future for further purchases. Very satisfied customers, all in all a great customer experience.
