Extremely helpful and friendly staff who bent over backwards to help with placing my order and overcoming a delivery concern.

Our assistant Rachel was extremely helpful and friendly and gave exactly the right amount of support without being in any way pushy. She listened to our requirements and showed us the right options to choose from. It was honestly one of the next and most enjoyable buying experiences we've had.

We were asked right away if we needed help and the young man guided me to exactly what we were looking for. He was very helpful.

Very helpful sales adviser, very knowledgeable and helped us look at the right mattresses for our needs. When we placed the order with her in the store, there was a computer glitch that none of us had been aware of which meant the delivery date hadn't registered. The sales adviser called us as soon as she spotted the issue to check the agreed date and ensure our order was scheduled in for that day.

It was quick safe and easy. Great staff.

Store looked great. The mechanical bed used to recommend a mattress very good. Salesperson Matthew was outstanding in his knowledge of product. I was shown and tried 5 mattresses then left to take my time checking again. Called Matthew over ,told him my choice,went to the desk and offered tea or coffee, Matthew sorted out delivery options and disposal of old mattress. Given green bag to put the old mattress in. Shook hands and left as a happy customer. Such was Matthews product knowledge that instead of me spending around £600 I was happy to spend £1200 on the mattress that best suits my needs. I was very impressed with the store,the choice of product and the service. I bought my original bed and mattress from this store around 8years ago. I am a satisfied customer. Thank you.
