Sales assistant ,Curtis, was very helpful and he could answer all of my questions. He was efficient but he didn't rush me. He talked me through everything and made sure that I got a good deal. We will be coming back to buy a bigger item later in the year.

Matthew at the clifton moor branch was absolutely brilliant. I went in out of curiosity and having a quick look and he was very understanding and not pushing. I ended up buying a mattress that I could afford. He was very knowledgeable and I could not fault him

Staff very friendly without being obtrusive,when we needed assistance they were very helpful especially Mathew who made buying a new bed from him a pleasant and well informed experience ,I would no doubt purchase from this Dreams store again

From the moment we entered the shop , we were offered a drink, shown lots of beds, explained the difference of the comfort, the quality and given plenty of time to see what mattress suited our needs. A excellent service.

The staff who dealt with us were knew the products and what would be best for us. They were friendly and engaging and given that buying a mattress isn't the most exciting thing, they made it a worthwhile experience which didn't take very long.

Kirsten made us feel welcome as we arrived, gave us help, but gave us space to browse, didnt feel under pressure to buy or rush. She answered all our questions, and made helpful seggestions. Overall a very positive visit
