The store was very clean,and a very friendly atmosphere we was given time to look around and offered hot or cold refreshment, help was given straight away to move mattress onto different base.I would highly recommend to all my friends and family

Matt the assistant manager was extremely helpful, patient and not pushy. However I found the store manager rude. Kept interrupting the sale and making inappropriate jokes of matts knowledge when he was doing just fine. This happened 3 times - he should have left matt to his own devices. I know I wouldn't have purchased if he had dealt with my sale because of his mannerisms But highly satisfied with Matt.
