Friendly staff sales rep was professional knew what he was talking about and was very efficient

from entering the store we found it very well laid out. the staff were very helpful an pleasant and we did not feel pressured at all which is how we like to be treated. when we enquired about the bed we were interested in the sales assistant was very knowledgeable and was able to assist in every way to our satisfaction and we were able to place our order with no difficulties at all and we were extremely satisfied with the service and help we received. and will certainly shop again at dreams

The staff representative called Matt was very helpful, giving us advice/information on the mattress we were looking for without pressure and left us to try out each one. The final decision was ours and we got a cup of tea in the bargain.

We were very impressed with the assistant who served us (Matt), he listened to our needs, recommended different products for us to try out in store, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We initially only went into the store to have a look around but decided to buy there and then. Our order was processed swift and efficiently.
