The customer service was attentive but not overbearing. Information was given with clearly and confidently without the need to dumb down. A friendly and warm atmosphere with offers of coffee every 20 monutes or so.

We had previously seen the tv adverts and checked out the website. The actual experience was better than expected. Matt and his colleague were both helpful and knowledgeable; showing patience with our foilbles and our limited mobility. Overall our experience was everything that we could have wanted.

I knew what I wanted, having seen it in your website. The member of staff new immediately what I was talking about and showed me the item straight away. She was polite, helpful and knew all about the items Dreams sells. An easy and pleasant experience.

Very helpful staff, to the point they even moved the mattress we were looking at onto a sprung Base so it would feel more like it would at home. In short nothing was too much trouble. We were also given time to digest what we had learnt about the mattresses we had tried so we came home feeling confident with our choice.
