We were greeted on entering the store by a knowledgeable sales assistant who established our needs and then answered our queries promptly and politely, establishing when the mattress could be delivered before our purchase ... delivery was much quicker than other suppliers and free!

Would like to say a huge thank you to the gentleman called Matt who straight away greeted us when we walked in and offered us a drink, and came to the rescue by offering our children a balloon each since our toddler was desperate to get to the balloons on display. Matt was really friendly, I felt he was confident in what he was telling us and really helpful but not like a pushy sales person. We even came back later just to seal the deal with Matt as he was was helping another customer and the children was wanting their lunch, Matt was very apologetic but there was no need to be as we would have been happy to wait if the children wasn't getting irritable. When my daughter and I returned later on Matt was really friendly as he said he had two children similar age so the mention of cbeebies my daughter was happy to sit while we went through the details. We are really happy with the over all service we received, our mattress is due to be delivered next week so cannot comment on the actually product yet but really happy with the customer service in store. Big thank you to Matt and I hope this could be passed on to him.

Staff (Kirsten) extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Advise given at all times. Refreshment offered during process. Very pleasant experience, could not have asked for better service.

First impression was that assistance was there if needed but no pressure selling involved. Quick to respond when requiring help. Excelent knowledge of product and readily available with advise without trying to push sale of dearest items. Explained everything in full detail and made selection choices easy to understand. The store was well set out, clean and tidy with lots of choice. Nice friendly staff with very good customer care attitude.

The shop manager Matthew was extremely helpful explaining what each mattress was intended to provide and providing the capability to try all models and pillows. He looked after both of us with consideration of our advancing years.

I brought my mother into Dreams to choose a new bed. She was very specific in what she thought she wanted and needed. A 4' divan with drawers and a firm mattress. Matt was our sales chap. Goodness this man really knew his product. He completely put my mum at ease who dreaded the thought of a sales person coming over to her. He talked through quality of mattresses, her needs and requirements without being pushy or over bearing. Once we had the knowledge and information we decided to go for a coffee and come back. He was completely cool about this even offering us a cuppa. We went back later in the day after visiting other bed specialists who did not even compare to the customer service we received here. It was no surprise to see Matt with another customer who he had clearly just sold a bed to busy at his desk. We chose to wait in store for him to finish then place the order for my mum. This sales man was amazing. Mum was really delighted with his courteous customer service skills and feel this needs recognition. I agree. Mrs J Brown (daughter). Mums too old for a computer.
