We were very satisfied with all aspects of buying a bed We caused problems with size of the bed changing it from a king to a double and the date of delivery Matthew who was dealing with us sorted everything out what caused a problem was No bother to him at all excellent

Very friendly and helpful, good knowledge of products

Assistant had very good knowledge of products. She was friendly yet professional. Allowed me time to think and make a decision. Although mattress not yet delivered....the quality of the product appears of high quality. Will be delivered at a date of my choosing. No delivery charges is a bonus.

Helpful but not pushy staff

Everything was easy and straight forward I did know exactly what I wanted so this did help with how quick things were sorted out, the staff very friendly and helpful was offered tea/coffee which was nice. Very happy.
