Good, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The item we wanted was available to take away. The fact that it had been reduced in price while we there was an added bonus! No pressureised salesmanship; staff were happy to help and advise without being 'pushy.'

The Sales Person was most efficient in dealing with our requirements, he was well trained in the art of selling without being pushy. It is hard to find people who have the skills to operate with courtesy & knowlege in this day & age.

We spoke to a very knowledgable assistant who did not hassle us but was available when we needed her.

Very helpful friendly staff at the shop in York (Clifton Moor). Did not push any particular mattress but listened to and responded to my needs. Very impressed with the whole delivery process. Dan and Kristian wore protective covers over their shoes and were very aware of the need to protect our house (carpet etc) during delivery. They spent the right amount of time with no suggestion of being in too much of a rush) unlike some deliveries I have experienced). They should be appreciated by 'Dreams".

The sales assistant was brilliant, spent plenty of time explaining the different types of mattress and how to test etc. Really knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The process of placing the order was quick and easy

I felt that the service I received from Graham at the York Clifton Moors store was quite good. He clearly explained to me the differences between the different types of mattresses and provided guidance when asked. Placing the order was easy and enjoyable. I had a very positive experience.

The mattress I had seen online was available in store. The half price offer was very good and the assistant very helpful.
