Dreams - York

Nice open store set out well. Sales still on and products I had seen online were available. Was greeted but not pestered by assistants. When I did ask he was very helpful.

Both the staff we saw were very helpful but not pushy, explained the products very well and let us browse but were on hand to answer any queries regarding delivery, assembly etc. We would recommend friends to shop at Dreams because we have been looking for a few weeks so it was a relief to finally to make a decision

Store was clean, staff were friendly, and my little girl needed the loo while we were there and the staff let her use there facilities.

matthew was very good at explaining about the different mattresses and gave us time to consider our options . we were allowed to try the different mattresses to get an idea of the softness . we were offered tea/coffee during our visit .

I was welcomed by a member of staff and asked what I was looking for. I tried several mattresses and we decided on two types of mattress. SHE LEFT ME TO DECIDE AND DID NOT 'PESTER' ME.

The staff were helpful, knowledgable and welcoming.

I have previously used Dreams ans I have been pleased with the service and product. Unfortunately my local store closed but I still felt it was worth the 50 mile round trip to visit the Clifton Moor shop. The two young men in the Store that day were keen to help me but thankfully not too pushy as your competitors are. They were well presented, very knowledgeable, friendly and made me a coffee which was more than welcome. I felt important and they gained my trust by their manner.

Kirsten, your assistant was so friendly and her knowledge of your products was absolutely first class. Her attention to detail was second to non and her interpersonal skills are a credit to your company.
