The friendliness of the staff and the knowledge they showed was excellant

The Sales personnel efficiently ascertained my needs and recommended a product that appeared to be the one most likely suitable for my use. Once the product is delivered and used I may be in a better position to assess how satisfactory the "Dream" experience was. But initial thought is excellent.

We took our young daughter with us whilst enquiring about a new bed and mattress, from the moment we walked in we were very welcomed. Nothing was too much, and with having a young child running around we didnt feel like we were being judged (as some places do with products) she got as much interaction from the salesman as we did and even got a lolly pop. Very helpful could not praise the store enough, and got the bed and mattress at a very good price. We can't wait for our new bed to be delivered.
