We were offered help straight away and the assistant, Kirsten, explained the different options clearly, offering her advise on which would most suit us. We weren't pushed towrds the higher price ones which can sometimes be the case.

Good customer service from what I call a genuine salesperson with good product knowledge. Difficult to find these days in retail.

We initially went to look at the products 4 days ago and despite the store being busy today both members of staff remembered me and our requirements. They offered me a drink whilst I waited to place my order and clearly explained the pricing and delivery procedure in a friendly manner.

Matt at York Clifton Moor shop, most helpful and with no pressure to purchase keen for us to try the mattresses on a good range of types and prices. Would recommend him to anyone.

We were never pushed or felt hassled by staff who let us roam around the store but explained fully when we asked questions and without any pressure helped most constructively, ensuring we made an informed decision. The choices available were excellent and very good value for money, the possibility for a month's "trial" was not shared till we were about to buy and that was most reassuring as it was without pressure throughout. The staff probably ensured we would buy from you by their professional approach.

The members of staff were friendly and helpful. We were provided with the types of pillows that we use at home to get the best feel for the mattress we were shopping for. We were shown a large range of mattresses to try out and staff even moved a mattress onto a different bed base for us to be sure how the one we had chosen would feel on our base at home. We were given plenty of time to test the mattresses and even offered tea or coffee while in store.
