very friendly and curtious nothing was too much trouble and not pushy

We were met a very courteous young man who offered us a hot beverage. Each member of staff were warm and welcoming. We knew exactly what we wanted and we got it.

The staff were really keen to help and friendly throughout. I had a trainee member helping me and anything she was unsure of she was happy to ask for help from someone else. The service was personalised and the staff very attentive. Really enjoyed the experience shopping there, and the free brew was such a nice touch!

Staff where very approachable and informative and not pressured into anything, which always makes a difference to where I purchase my home ware. Form the young lad who met us in the store to the lady who put are sale through and offered info on products, brilliant.

Matthew was very attentive and had good knowledge of the products and was friendly and approchable if we had any questions

Friendly and helpful staff. Even offerd us a coffee when we walked in, even though they didn't know or not we were going to buy anything.

Matt was extremely knowledgeable about all the beds and mattresses we enquired about, we never felt pressured into buying anything. All the staff were friendly, couldnt off asked for better service.

Eleanor was very kind and helpful answering all questions we asked regarding our purchase.

This was our first experience with Dreams and all aspects of the process worked for us. Two separate visits on the day of purchase due to taking measurements etc were required and the staff assistance throughout was commendable. PS. The number of tea's/coffee offered would have given us a starter in setting up our own business.

I was shown the product I was interested in and given sufficient information on the product which allowed me to make a purchase I am confident with as I am trying a bed type I have never used before. The person attending to me left me to take my time with testing beds but didn't leave too long that I had to go and ask for assistance even though shop was busy.
