Matthew the salesperson was excellent and knowledgable about the products on offer. He provided advice where needed without being pushy or steering us to so,etching we didn't want or need, and made the whole experience in store a pleasant one.

The shop assistant Kirsten helped us in looking for what we needed

not hassled in any way made himself available for our questions and had good knowledge of the product

Upon arrving at Dreams, Clifton Moor York I recieved a very warm welcome, offered a drink and left to browse. Matthew then asked if there was any help needed and what was I looking for. He had a feiendly approach and explained things without being pushy. He had great knowledge of the products he was selling and was able to answer any questions I had. I was left to look around and try the beds / mattresses if I wanted to, best way to decide which was most comfortable for me said Matthew and Graham. Graham helped me with making an order and arranging a delivery date. Again his product was great. Both Matthew and Graham offered excellent customer service.

Staff explained about the beds, then left us alone whilst we looked around.

The experience was fantastic from start to finish. Kirsten was very helpful to us and had a great deal of knowledge and experience that led to us making an informed choice without ever feeling pressurised. We went in the following day to complete the purchase which was a very straightforward process and was delighted to hear about the quick availability of the product. Overall we are very happy!

Well informed staff, friendly, offered advice but then stepped away so we weren't feeling pressured. Staff were always available but never lurking/waiting. Staff were very friendly, understood our needs and gave us time and and practical advice on choosing products. Staff also understood or budget and never tried to up our budget to uncomfortable levels. Cross selling was done very well without any pressure to buy the products we were given to sample (is pillows on the bed - try some to see which are comfortable - no mention of buying them until we asked)

Matt the colleague was very helpful , took time out to explain how the colour coded system works and whet he believed to be are best fit on what we told him .
