Matt at clifton Moor dreams was absolutely fantastic. A knowledgeable, friendly and helpful member of staff who was not pushy at all but always there if needed. His product knowledge was extremely impressive and helped us make a decision. We could potentially have saved some money by shopping online but this kind of service cannot be beaten and this is why we will continue to shop locally. Matt is an asset to the Dreams team.

The assistant was extremely forthcoming, professional and knowledgeable. She advised us in a concise and approachable manner and the payment and delivery was conducted very smoothly and professionally.

We found the York store staff very helpful, showing us all the mattresses that would be suitable for our requirements. They gave us plenty of time to try out the mattresses with time to have a private discussion before we made the decision to place our order. We were then shown the bases that would fit our requirements and found it very helpful to be able to fix a suitable delivery date

Matt was very efficient and knowledgeable about the products and was happy to check out every query we had. We received extremely friendly but not at all pushy service and were given as much time as we needed to make a decision without feeling pressured.

From walking into the store it was apparent that sales advisors were interested in the customers, and not just wishing to make a sale. All sales advisors were friendly and helpful. The store was clean, well lit and customers were encouraged to try different mattresses if that was to be their purchase. Our sales advisor even made us a coffee!
