I was met with a smile and eye to eye contact so I was already pleased with the service ,nothing was too much and even though I went back and forth with my choices nothing was too much trouble,I didn’t feel pressured into buying the more expensive items and was shown a wide range of beds.so yes I was extremely satisfied with my experience at dreams.

A warm friendly welcoming and the lady who spoke to me had great knowledge and the gentleman that placed my order was so professional

Sales rep was exceptionally helpful but not pushy. Explained everything in detail which goes to show you buy from people you like.

Great customer service in store and over the phone.

I visited the store alone on 7 May and then revisited with my husband on 16 June and then on 29 June when we finally made the decision to purchase a mattress and a bed. During all visits, the staff were welcoming, friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the products and interested to understand our needs which differed.

Nikki's product knowledge was excellent, she was friendly, and not at all pushy. What REALLY impressed us was that she called us at 7.50 that night to say that we actually qualified for a 20% discount on the mattress we'd chosen, and that we'd receive a refund o f over £300. THAT .... is superb customer service. (We would probably never have known) So in summary, great sales AND customer service skills. 10/10

The sales assistant was knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He struck a good balance between attentiveness and leaving us to select our product.

The staff were very helpful without being over selling the product. They took care to ensure we understood each step in the process of finding a suitable bed, at all times recognising the issues and challenges that COVID has presented to both them and the buyer. Great friendly team within the facility and were very happy to serve us.
