I had not intended to buy, I had visited various stores to price a bed for my son & daughter in laws Christmas gift, when I went into Dreams my intention was to price up the bed and make the decision later. I was impressed with the customer care that I received, I was given the information that I needed and left to have a look and test the beds, when I needed extra information I asked and the information was given. I was given options which was really helpful. Very good service given.

Matthew presented very well and on discovering our needs took us to what seemed to be the ideal bed. We were initially looking for a standard bed but ended up with an adjustable bed. I think my mum will be highly delighted with it.

One of the best experiences shopping everthe staff were fantastic and would only recommend it to anybody. They are a credit to you and your organisation nothing was enough trouble got coffee and tea and my daughter got some chocolates. Everything about the experience was amazing thank you

I explained I was buying a bed for my 89 year old mum and didn't want to spend loads of Monday and that I had to choose for her because she has problems walking and getting into a car. Matthew showed me some beds and when I showed concern he explained that if my mum wasn't comfortable that we can exchange as long as we protect the mattress, that put my mind at rest and paid for the bed. Matthew was very helpful and friendly.
