Your assistant, Kirsten at Clifton Moor, York, was courteous, friendly and helpful. We did not feel rushed or pressured at any time and the whole experience was very pleasurable.

Curtis and Graham were there to help if required and were not too pushy unlike some Stores where they won't leave you alone until they have made a sale. I did not feel pressurized into buying and could stroll around at my own pace having had everything explained to me.

The lady that felt with us was not a pushy sakes person and letus take our time.

We made a previous visit just to learn a little, then returned to learn more and try out more mattresses. We spent a considerable amount of time in the store and were offered as much help as we wanted but were never badgered. On this second visit we were helped by Matt and Graham who both seemed very knowledgeable and were very pleasant and helpful. This is an important major purchase for us and we were pleased to receive the information we were given to try and help us make the correct choice. We look forward to receiving our delivery soon and hope we've got it right. We think that the '40 night comfort exchange' that Dreams offer is an excellent idea, but we hope we've got it right first time!

Matt in the Clifton Moor, York store was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, he showed us round the store explaining the set up of all the colour codes, told us to try the beds and take our time. He was not pushy like salesmen in some of the other stores. He left us alone for a while. When we decided he was very helpful with the order.
