Attitude of Sales Manager was excellent, very knowledgeable and keen to help. Loved the chance to try the mattresses and take our time to decide on our own - no hard sales talk for a change!!

Both Matt & Graham were extremely helpful and listened to our requirements before making a number of recommendations. Matt explained the different types of mattress and we tried quite a few with Matt carefully listening to our comments and helping us narrow down our search. With Matt's assistance we eventually decided on an adjustable bed with a mattress choice that suited us both. We were impressed with the friendliness of both Matt & Graham and we enjoyed a complementary cup of coffee. We were equally impressed with the negotiations and asistance after we had made our choice with Matt describing the various headboard options. We settled on a good price and the various methods of payment were explained in detail. Thanks go to both Matt & Graham. We will certainly recommend you to our friends and family.

Mike in York Clifton Moor Branch was very friendly and approachable. He let us browse and provided information without overloading us. He gave us plenty of time to make our choices in a considered and non pressured way. I was particularly impressed with his interaction with the manager in store who was equally helpful. When the discounts were explained about pillows and duvets etc. I was pleasantly surprised and this saved me a trip elsewhere. However there were no single duvets in stock which was surprising as this is a stock taking issue which should be remedied easily through epos or similar. Overall I was delighted and encouraged that my shopping experience was attentive, friendly and valued. Best wishes. Chris Gibbins

the two men in the store were very friendly and helpful both Matt and Graham they asked us if we would like a tea or coffee and explained everything about the bed we were looking at but also were not too pushy as I don't like that when I am looking around a store I have been known to walk out and not buy anything when the staff are too pushy.I will recommend Dreams to my Daughter who also will want a bed soon and I will come to dreams again when I need more Thank You Matt and Graham
