Good customer service gave advice as required awaiting delivery date so cannot comment on quality of goods yet

Dealing with dreams was a pleasure, the sales rep Kirsten was extremely helpfull and knowledgable and made the process very easy. The delivery time of 2 weeks is the only dissapointment however I understand that they are special order.

Matthew was very friendly, he acknowledged us as we walked through the door . we told him what we were looking for and he immediately started asking us more questions and showing us the products.he was very knowledgeable and was able to direct us towards the right products for us. his colleague was also very friendly, she made us a coffee. all in all it was a very pleasant experience . the contrast between the shop and a competitor nearby couldn't have been greater. we had visited the other shop minutes before but walked out. despite there being 3 staff sat chatting at a desk none of them spoke to us . we had spent 5 minutes prodding mattresses with no interest shown towards us.

Walked in, said what I wanted, walked out with an order. Can't go wrong.

Curtis was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and gave concise, relevant advice. I was there to buy and required help in selecting the correct combination of products. Curtis was very polite and professional, and led me through the options.

Kirsten at York was so helpful when I initially went into store and gave me lots of useful information that I had not known about adjustable beds. When I returned I saw both her and her colleague ( sorry but have forgotten name - graham???) and was also very obliging and helpful. Was extremely happy with the service I received as bed was reduced and they were very acoomodating in storing it until I needed delivery. Thank you.

The shop staff were extremely helpful, we were greeted with a warm welcome. It took us a long time and several visits before we reached a decision as to to what we wanted. we came away with exactly what we wanted. very happy customers.
